Design high-converting static ad creatives for eCom brands spending $50k–$1M/mo on ads. Must have a portfolio of proven direct response ads.
Video Editor & Motion Designer
Edit UGC-style video ads, brand films, and story ads for Facebook, TikTok, and YouTube. Strong understanding of hooks and pacing for direct response.
Creative Strategist
Analyze winning ad angles, write creative briefs, and collaborate with designers to produce ads that scale. Experience with eCom or SaaS brands required.
Account Manager
Own client relationships, manage creative timelines, and ensure brands hit their growth targets. Proactive communicator with agency experience preferred.
Paid Media Buyer
Run paid social campaigns (Meta, TikTok) for eCom clients. Must be comfortable scaling ad spend and working alongside a creative team.
Copywriter (Direct Response)
Write ad copy, hooks, and headlines for static and video ads. Must understand direct response principles and have a track record of converting copy.
